I had the one off opportunity to photograph my first high profile sports match.
Not as easy as it looks, I was not use to the HUGE lens and the fast pace of the game. Not to mention the fact that I had to be in a million places at once. as I was also photgraphy the hospitality areas. But what a great experience and a chance feel how it is to be in the press storm as they say. Standing pitch side watching the players come out and standing at attention for their respective anthems. I was almost brought to tears with excitement. I can really say that this type of photography is not my strong point but if I chose to do it I would definitely need to practise some more. Maybe a local rugby match or something less intimidating.
